- Cancel one month before the date of departure: the non refundable amount is 3,000,000 VND.
- Cancellation 31 to 24 days prior to departure: 50% of tour value.
- Cancel service from 23 to 15 days before the expected departure: 70% of tour value.
- Cancellation within 14 days before departure: 100% of tour value.
